About Pressure Vessel
Gyantosh designs and fabricates Pressure Vessels for a wide range of industrial process, storage, and utility duties — including air receivers, storage tanks, reactors, columns, separators, blow-down tanks, and custom process vessels. Built to recognised codes and backed by in-house fabrication capability, GyanTosh pressure vessels are engineered for safety, longevity, and reliable service under pressure and temperature.
Each vessel is designed to the applicable code (IS 2825 / ASME Sec. VIII as required) with proper allowance for design pressure, temperature, corrosion, and cyclic duty. Fabrication uses certified materials and qualified welding procedures, with radiography, hydrostatic testing, and third-party inspection as specified to assure integrity.
Vessels are fabricated in carbon steel, stainless steel, or clad/lined construction to suit the process medium, with nozzles, manways, supports, and internals arranged to the process requirement. Both standard and fully custom geometries are offered.
GyanTosh supplies pressure vessels as standalone equipment or within complete plant and balance-of-plant scopes, backed by over two decades of fabrication and project experience.

Pressure Vessel Specification
Fabrication & Testing
Every vessel is designed to the applicable pressure-vessel code (IS 2825 / ASME Sec. VIII) with proper allowances for pressure, temperature, corrosion, and cyclic duty.
Fabrication uses certified materials and qualified welding procedures, with welder qualification records for full traceability and integrity.
Radiography, dye-penetrant, and hydrostatic testing are performed as specified to confirm the vessel meets its design and code requirements.
Third-party and statutory inspection is supported, with complete documentation, test certificates, and data books provided.
Pressure Vessel Applications
Industries Served
Advantages of a Pressure Vessel
Design and fabrication to IS 2825 / ASME ensure vessels are safe for their pressure and temperature duty and meet statutory requirements.
Carbon steel, stainless, or clad/lined construction is chosen to suit the process medium, corrosion, and temperature — maximising service life.
GyanTosh’s own fabrication capability gives direct control over materials, welding, and testing for consistent quality.
Vessels are designed to your exact process geometry, nozzle layout, internals, and support arrangement.
Certified materials, qualified welds, NDT, and complete documentation provide full traceability and inspection support.
Vessels can be supplied standalone or within complete plant and balance-of-plant project scopes.

Equipment is the start of the relationship, not the end of it. We handle installation and commissioning, boiler AMC, retrofits, plant audits, spare parts and operator training — on equipment from any manufacturer, not only our own.
