This is worth being plain about, because the two overlap. GyanTosh designs and fabricates its own boilers in its own works, from 0.5 TPH to 25 TPH, and that has been the business for over two decades. What the dealership adds is the part above and beside that range: larger capacities than we build, and specifications that call for approvals held by the principal. Their published case studies run from 8 TPH to 100 TPH at pressures from 10.54 to 87 kg/cm².

So the question we ask first is not which brand, but what the plant needs. If a 6 TPH husk fired boiler is the right answer, we will quote our own and say so. If the duty is 40 TPH, or the specification names an approval we do not hold, a Cheema unit is the honest recommendation — and now we can supply, erect, commission and maintain it rather than handing you to someone else.

Yes. GyanTosh Fabricators Pvt. Ltd. is the Authorized Dealer for Cheema Boilers Limited in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Maharashtra, covering new boiler sales, spares for boilers already installed, and service, commissioning and annual maintenance. The appointment is held by GyanTosh directly, not through a sub-agent.
Which states does the dealership cover?
Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Maharashtra. Plants outside those states can still buy through us, but the appointment names those four, and we would rather tell you that than imply a territory we do not hold.
Why buy a Cheema boiler through GyanTosh instead of direct from the factory?
Because the boiler is the part of the project that arrives on a truck, and everything around it happens at your site. We size the unit against your actual steam demand and fuel, engineer and fabricate the balance of plant, erect and commission with our own teams, handle the IBR inspection paperwork, and carry the AMC afterwards — from Indore rather than from Punjab. The price of the boiler is the principal’s either way.
We already run a Cheema boiler. Can you service it?
Yes, and that is a large part of why the dealership exists. Genuine spares, breakdown attendance, overhauls, efficiency audits and annual maintenance contracts for Cheema boilers already installed in the region, whoever originally supplied them.
Does this mean GyanTosh has stopped manufacturing its own boilers?
No. We still design and fabricate our own boilers in our own works, from 0.5 TPH to 25 TPH, and that remains the core of the business. The dealership covers what sits above and beside that range — larger capacities, and specifications calling for approvals Cheema holds.
What Cheema models can you supply?
Their power boiler range — AFBC, Biomass Fired, Reciprocating Grate, Travelling Grate, RDF Fired, Slop Fired, Waste Heat Recovery — and their process boiler ranges, Hypac, EPAC & EPAC PLUS, EFFYPAC, Steam Marshal, Steam MAX, INPAC, Gas / Oil Fired. Cheema also builds air pollution control equipment, fans, burners, boiler auxiliaries, water treatment plant and thermic fluid heaters, all of which fall inside the appointment.
Whose certifications apply to the boiler?
Cheema’s. Their boilers are built under their own approvals — IBR, and the ASME, EC, LR, SGS, Bureau Veritas and TÜV SÜD approvals shown on their own site. GyanTosh’s ISO 9001:2015 certificate covers our own manufacturing and supply, and is published with its scope and number on our certifications page. The two are separate, and a procurement team is right to ask which applies to what.
What capacities does the Cheema range cover?
Their published case studies run from 8 TPH to 100 TPH at pressures from 10.54 to 87 kg/cm². That is the published record on their side; the right size for your plant comes out of the steam balance, not the top of a range. How quickly can you respond to a breakdown?
Tell us where the plant is and what has failed. We are in Indore, which puts most of Madhya Pradesh within a day’s reach by road, and we hold AMC contracts that define the response for exactly this reason. We will not quote a number here that we have not agreed with you in a contract.
Do you supply the balance of plant along with the boiler?
Yes, and that is usually the better way to buy it. Fuel handling, ash handling, chimney, ducting, feedwater and water treatment, piping and insulation are all things we fabricate ourselves. Bought as one scope, the capacities match end to end and there is one party accountable for the plant rather than five.
